We pride ourselves in delivering a proud and privileged service here at Blitz Luxury Rentals. Our company policy has been designed to ensure that the experience of our customers is a core value. From our top of the range luxury fleet to our prompt service and professional drivers, we are ready to cater to your individual needs.
We ensure our fleet boasts the best availability, we ask our clients for a deposit to secure your booking. We also request that all cancellations be made in advance. At Blitz Luxury Rentals, it is our policy to grant a full refund (minus the first hour’s fee) if our guests cancel within 14 days of their reservation. If our client makes a cancellation within 7 days of their reservation then we reserve the right to keep the full deposit. We also ask for a 25% to 50% down payment on your reserved vehicle.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan, however if a customer is not present within 30 minutes of the arranged pickup time with no contact made with the driver, then we will consider this a no show and a full charge will be applied to the customer’s account.
We also request that all changes to a destination are made in advance. Our drivers require 48 hours’ notice so that they can adjust their schedules accordingly.
All our first-class chauffeurs have valid chauffeursdriver licenses. Our chauffeurs can take you on the ride of your life within a 30-mile radius of your destination. Additional mileage needs to be preapproved by the compnay and will be an additional charge at the client expense.
Our inspiring fleet of vehicles are fully insured; however, they can only be driven within the Metro Detroit area and cannot be taken out of Michigan.
In the interest of keeping these heritage cars in pristine condition, we ask our passengers to agree to only using the vehicle for legal purposes, whether business or pleasure. We ask our passengers to understand that eating and drinking inside the vehicle is prohibited, along with leaning on the vehicle or entering the vehicle with dyed clothing. At the time of booking our passengers will need to agree to follow all city and state laws regarding the use and operation of the vehicle.
Finally, our passengers will also need to agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and release the owner for any damages, injuries, loss or death caused while in the vehicle. We would also like to remind the passenger that they will be held accountable for any damages or cleaning fees incurred while renting the vehicle. We offer our revered guests the right to inspect the vehicle fully prior to the rental so they can confirm the car is in exceptional condition.
