How do I book the luxury bus ?
You Can email us or call to confirm our availability for the date and time you are looking for at 800-991-4652. If your date and time is available and you want to move forward and reserve your date you will be required to put a 20% deposit down. The deposit will hold your date. Once your reservation is confirmed the remaining balance is due the 1 day before the date of your service. Payment can be made with cash, or any major credit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
Are your drivers properly licensed?
All of our drivers have valid Chauffer licenses in the State of Missouri.
Can I get a refund on my deposit?
Your deposit is refundable if your reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the reservation date.
What if I booked a date and I need to cancel?
You automatically forfeit your down payment, however, we try to work with you if you cancel in more than a month beforehand. If you cancel in more than a month’s notice and would like to reschedule, we will work with you on the deposit for that date. If the cancellation is made a seven days or less prior to the date, you’re subject to lose the down payment and may have to pay the entire amount of the party bus.
Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
No, you can book a vehicle with either a credit card or cash. When using a credit card, we’ll place an incidental hold on the credit card for $250, or you can stop by our offices and make a cash deposit if you prefer.
Are there any additional fees?
No. There are no hidden fees. All fees are included in the price we quote you for the first time.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
There are no time limits on reservations, but the further in advance you book a vehicle, the better chance of securing it for the date of your choice.
Are we allowed to drink alcohol on the Luxury Bus?
Absolutely. Any adults 21-years-old or older (with a valid ID) are allowed to drink. The Party Bus also has 2 bars with glassware included for your convenience.
Do you provide alcohol?
No, we don’t provide alcohol. You can either bring your own, or your driver will stop at the store for you to pick up whatever you like.
What Comes with my rental service?
All of our Party Buses will come fully stocked with glassware, napkins, ice, bottled water as part of your rental.
Is smoking permitted?
No. Our entire fleet is strictly non-smoking, however your driver can make several stops for smoke breaks throughout the duration of your trip.
Is food permitted on the Luxury bus ?
To maintain the quality of our Luxury buses, there is no smoking or food allowed on the inside of the vehicles. For your convenience, your chauffeur will stop whenever you want to take smoke breaks.
Can we dance on the Luxury Bus?
Yes, of course. The Party Bus has a dance floor as well as 2 poles. You can check out pictures of the interior on the Our Fleet page.
Can we play our own music?
Yes you can play your own music. You can connect any Bluetooth enabled device to play your own music. The Luxury Bus also has a Flat Screen TV for you to watch for your entertainment.
Is it ok to make multiple stops?
Yes, you can make multiple stops, just make sure that the stops are part of your itinerary.
Can we just party on the bus, or do we need a destination?
Unfortunately, no. You’re not allowed to just party on the bus with no destination. That’s illegal. You’ll need a set destination. We can, however, take you on the ride of your life within a 30-mile radius of your destination. You’ll have plenty of time on the bus.
We’re already booked, can we change our destination?
Yes, you can change your destination just inform your driver so they can adjust their schedule accordingly.
What are your vehicle capacities?
Our fleet has varying capacities: Our Luxury Bus seats 25-40 people.
Are there minimum time requirements?
Yes, there are minimum time requirements.The minimum times vary based on vehicle you decide to rent.The Blitz Luxury Buses has a 4 hour minimum and the Rolls Royce Wraith has a 2 hour minimum for service.
When does the time start?
Your time starts when you get picked up and ends when we drop you off.
What events can you serve?
Whatever event you like: Birthday parties, bachelor parties, or simply anywhere that you would like to arrive in style.
